Applications must be submitted for approval by our Program committee with the application form. Calls for these requests will be opened and emailed to students when annual resources are available for the course. Allowances for fieldwork, field visits, collection visits, or participation in congresses (with proof of acceptance of the work) or national or foreign courses will be approved. The allowance should not exceed R$ 400.00 (R$ 150.00 per day), and activities abroad may receive a little more than this amount, given the budget availability.
Applications must be in accordance with CAPES Ordinance No. 156 of November 28, 2014, regulating the system of the Graduate Support Program – PROAP. The amount and period of payment will depend on the money transfer from PROAP to UFRJ, which may vary each year.
For all activity funded by the PROAP budget, a subsequent accountability must be delivered by the end of November. This payment must include the activity report according to the model below, signed by the student and advisor, and the invoices (with CNPJ) proving the full amount of the allowance.
